ABOUT US: We're building two brands from opposite ends of the same industry. DreamStory is a new-age sleep brand reimagining how India experiences sleep through thoughtfully designed mattresses, sleep products, technology and storytelling. MatXchange powers the industry behind the scenes, connecting businesses with quality mattress fabrics, components and raw materials.
One brand sells dreams. The other builds what dreams are made of. We're looking for a Brand Visualizer who can translate strategy into visuals and help shape how both brands show up in the world.
YOUR ROLE: This is not a production designer role. We're looking for someone who can think in brands, not just layouts.
You will: Build and evolve the visual language of DreamStory and MatXchange. Translate brand strategy into compelling visual communication. Design high-performing creatives for social media, websites, marketplaces and performance marketing.
Develop campaign identities, launch assets and visual storytelling systems. Create brand communication materials. Collaborate with founders, marketers, content creators and external agencies. Visualize concepts before they become campaigns.
Maintain consistency across every consumer touchpoint. Explore AI-powered design workflows and emerging creative tools.
APPLY IF YOU HAVE: 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, brand design or visual communication.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns and social content. Ability to move between strategic thinking and execution. Solid understanding of typography, composition, color and visual hierarchy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of Figma.
Experience creating motion assets is a bonus.
Experience working with D2C, lifestyle, consumer, fashion, home or wellness brands is preferred. Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
