Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Brand Executive with 3–5 years of experience in brand, creative marketing, advertising, or integrated communications.

The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with strong brand understanding and be able to translate marketing objectives into compelling campaigns, content, and communication assets. You will work closely with internal teams, creative agencies, digital teams, and other stakeholders to execute brand initiatives across online and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative brand campaigns aligned with Narayana Health's brand strategy and business objectives.
- Work on creative concepts, campaign ideas, communication themes, and brand storytelling.
- Manage creative briefs and coordinate with internal design teams and external agencies.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone of voice, visual language, and messaging across communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, social media, business, and clinical teams to develop relevant communication.
- Support campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, internal communications, and other brand touchpoints.
- Review creative assets and provide feedback to ensure quality, accuracy,



and brand alignment.
- Develop and maintain creative and brand communication guidelines where required.
- Track current creative, advertising, content, and healthcare marketing trends and bring relevant ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors on creative development and execution.
- Contribute to brand initiatives, launches, activations, and integrated marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, advertising, integrated marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand building, creative communication, and campaign development.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
- Ability to write or develop strong creative briefs and marketing communication.
- Experience working with creative agencies, designers, copywriters, and production teams.
- Good understanding of digital and social media communication.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Healthcare, consumer, FMCG, retail, media, or other consumer-facing brand experience will be an advantage.

Education A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Mass Media, Branding, or a related field is preferred.
