CV Sourcing Guidelines

Please ensure that all sourced and shortlisted candidates strictly meet the following below criteria:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience required in the Consumer Electronics industry.
2. Candidate should be below 32 years.
3. Candidates must have good communication and a presentable personality.
4. Candidates currently employed or previously employed directly on Croma/Reliance payroll should not be considered. However, Brand Promoters deputed at Croma/Reliance stores can be sourced.
5. Relevant Industry Experience: Candidates must have relevant Consumer Electronics experience in categories such as:

-Smartphones & Wearables
- TVs & Home Entertainment
- Computing – Laptops, Desktops, Tablets & IT Accessories





- Smart Home Devices
- Cameras & Action Cameras
- Personal Electronics – Audio, Headphones, Speakers, etc.

- Electronic Appliances
- Accessories & Peripherals

Please ensure these criteria are strictly followed while sourcing and shortlisting CVs to maintain solid alignment with our business requirements and hiring needs. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
