Role: Full Time + Onsite

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

What You'll Do:

- Dream up and execute campaigns that make people stop scrolling.
- Act as the bridge between our brands and the in-house creative team.
- Work closely with designers, writers and content creators to bring ideas to life.
- Stay updated on social media trends and turn them into exciting content ideas and calendars.
- Help develop both online and offline campaigns.
- Coordinate across different teams and keep projects moving.
- Own timelines and make sure deliverables are completed on time.
- Be the reliable one when things get messy and figure things out.
- Represent Jugaad confidently during client interactions.
- Build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Who We're Looking For:

- Have 1-5 years of experience, preferably in a creative agency.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Knowing Tamil, Hindi or other regional languages is a bonus.
- Understand social media and how brands communicate online.




- An active social media presence is preferred.
- Be outgoing, curious and generally good energy to be around.
- Be organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Bonuses:

- A strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
