About the Role:

CitrusCopy is looking for a Brand Intern to support social media management across our client accounts. This is a 3-month internship with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance. This role also involves being on camera and participating in shoots, so comfort in front of the camera is essential.

What You'll Do:

- Manage day-to-day social media handles for assigned client brands, including scheduling and publishing posts.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars in coordination with the content and design teams.
- Write captions and community-manage comments/DMs in the brand's tone of voice.
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share simple weekly updates.
- Stay on top of trends, reels, and formats relevant to each client's audience and suggest ideas.
- Be present and participate on camera during shoots — including reels, BTS content, and talking-head style content — as required by client briefs.




- Coordinate with the video editor and photographer on set to ensure content briefs are executed well.
- Support with basic on-ground shoot coordination — props, continuity, timing — when needed.
- Coordinate with influencers for collaborations as and when required.

What We're Looking For:

- A genuine interest in social media, content, and brand building.
- Someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and wants to grow into the role rather than someone who already knows it all.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera and appearing in shoots — this is a core part of the role, not occasional.
- Valuable written communication and an eye for tone, trends, and what makes content work.
- Someone proactive who can take a brief and run with it, rather than needing constant direction.
- Basic familiarity with Instagram, and other social platforms (posting, stories, scheduling tools is a plus).
- Available to work from the Hyderabad office and be on set for shoots as scheduled.
- Recently completed a degree in marketing, mass communication, media, or a related field.
