Responsible for overall branch operations, performance & profitability of the branch. Drive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along withthe team to improve brand visibility Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthpipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growth. Increase business inother third-party products Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions & retainment of oldcustomers Conducting error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branchwith correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as percompany policies Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through solid follow-ups from the customersfor interest collections Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & fordeveloping cohesiveness within the company and co-workers. Hiring, coaching,
