Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Araria district.

The Branch

Manager oversees daily branch operations, including cash management, customer service, and adherence to banking policies and regulations. This role is responsible for driving business growth by managing sales of banking products, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving branch targets.

Manager leads and develops branch staff, sets performance expectations, conducts regular reviews, and ensures training on products and compliance requirements. The position also involves monitoring risk, ensuring audit readiness, resolving escalations promptly,



and representing the bank within the local community to strengthen the branch’s presence.

- Strong leadership, people management, and team development abilities to guide branch staff and foster a high-performance culture.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to handle diverse customers, resolve issues, and build long-term trust.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including target achievement, cross-selling banking products, and local market understanding.
- Operational and compliance awareness, with the ability to follow banking regulations, risk management practices, and audit requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills for effective coordination, reporting, and use of digital banking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in banking or financial services are an advantage.
- Prior experience in branch operations or retail banking management, preferably in small finance banks or similar institutions.
- Comfort working on-site in Araria district and familiarity with local customer segments and business environment.
