Product: Micro LAP / Secured Lending

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive overall branch business, sales & disbursement

Lead, coach and manage the branch sales team

Develop new business through DSAs, connectors & local market channels

Drive sourcing of Micro LAP / Secured Loan proposals

Ensure achievement of login,



sanction & disbursement targets

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams

Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency and customer relationships

Identify new market opportunities and strengthen branch presence

Ensure compliance with defined credit & business policies
