Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate with employees, manage workflow, and ensure that organizational targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations.
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary guidance.
- Handle client/customer communication and maintain skilled relationships.
- Monitor daily work progress and prepare reports for management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee coordination when required.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and maintain work quality.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain employee records, attendance,



and performance-related information.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and management instructions.
- Help management with planning, decision-making, and achieving business objectives.

Required Skills:

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience in management, administration, HR, operations, or a related field. Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also be considered, depending on the organization’s requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
