- Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Oversee project scheduling, materials procurement, and manpower planning.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed branch revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and suppliers.
- Monitor local market trends and identify business opportunities.
