Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the General Insurance branch and sales team.
- Drive business growth across Motor, Health, Travel, Property, SME & Commercial Insurance.
- Develop new business through direct sales, partners, referrals and corporate clients.
- Achieve branch-level business, premium and profitability targets.
- Build and manage relationships with customers, partners and insurance companies.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, underwriting, issuance, renewals and claims.
- Recruit, train and motivate sales team members.
- Monitor branch MIS, sales pipeline, renewals and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:





- Strong sales leadership and team-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of General Insurance products and processes.
- Strong insurer/partner relationship and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and business-development skills.
- Target-oriented with strong execution and follow-up abilities.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: General Insurance / Broking / IMF / Financial Services preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A strong sales leader capable of building a team, developing business and driving a General Insurance branch independently.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
