Franklin Templeton Asset Management India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Jodhpur operations and drive business growth across the region.

? Experience: 4–5 years minimum

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and market development for the Jodhpur branch
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors, IFAs, Banks and other key distribution partners
- Identify new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships
- Drive sales across products, SIPs, systematic business and other strategic initiatives
- Lead distributor engagement activities, meetings, presentations and training sessions
- Track market trends, competition and business performance to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure achievement of branch business targets and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality partner experience




- Build strong presence and visibility for Franklin Templeton across the Jodhpur market

Ideal Candidate

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in the Mutual Fund / Asset Management / Wealth Management / Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of the Mutual Fund distribution ecosystem
- Established relationships with distributors/IFAs in the Jodhpur market will be an advantage
- Robust sales, relationship management and business development skills
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership
