Role Description The Branch Manager & Cluster Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The role involves overseeing branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and driving business growth within the assigned branch and cluster.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, setting sales and collection targets, monitoring portfolio quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The manager will coordinate outreach activities, ensure timely loan processing and disbursement, and implement risk management and compliance measures.



The role also includes regular reporting, performance review, and collaboration with regional leadership to achieve overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong branch management and team leadership skills, including experience supervising field and operations staff.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and portfolio management, with the ability to drive growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Knowledge of microfinance or retail lending processes, including credit assessment, collections, and customer service.
- Ability to work with technology-based financial solutions, including basic proficiency in MS Office and digital loan management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for engaging with customers, communities, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
- Experience in financial services or microfinance, preferably in branch or regional leadership roles within Bihar or similar markets.
- Ability to travel within the cluster as required and work with diverse communities in a gender-sensitive and inclusive manner.
