Ayodhya

Moradabad

Designation: Branch Credit Manager – Micro LAP

CTC: 7–8 LPA

Product: Micro LAP / Secured Business Loans

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for Credit professionals with hands-on experience in:

Micro LAP / Loan Against Property

Secured Business Loans

Credit Appraisal & Underwriting

Financial & Banking Analysis

Credit Risk Assessment

Branch Credit Management

Policy & Deviation Assessment

Portfolio Quality / Asset Quality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate and underwrite Micro LAP / secured loan proposals

Analyse financial statements, banking transactions, income & cash flows

Assess customer profile, business vintage, collateral and repayment capacity

Ensure adherence to credit policy, risk parameters & TAT





Review deviations and recommend appropriate risk mitigants

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal & Technical teams

Ensure quality sourcing while maintaining strong asset quality

Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential credit risks

Support the branch in achieving business objectives without compromising credit standards
