Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team in an inbound voice process.

- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of SLA and productivity targets.

- Track and control shrinkage, attendance, and attrition.

- Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer service.

- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

- Experience in BPO / Inbound Voice Process.

- Strong understanding of SLA, shrinkage, and team performance metrics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
