Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a BPO position based in Hyderabad. The intern will handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information and support related to marketing campaigns and services.

Daily tasks include resolving customer queries, documenting interactions in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to escalate issues, and maintaining service quality and response time benchmarks. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, updating records, and supporting basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.



Interns are expected to learn and follow standard operating procedures, contribute to team goals, and maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle calls and written inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or call management software.
- Customer service orientation, with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, tasks, and documentation in a structured manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with English and local languages (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Interest in marketing and business operations; prior internship or exposure to BPO or customer support is a plus.
- Minimum educational qualification: pursuing or completed higher secondary education or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
