Key Responsibilities 1. New Program Configurations

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into OWIT platform configurations, data mappings, automated workflows, and bordereau processing solutions.
- Configure and maintain OWIT program templates, business rules, validation logic, and integration connectors.
- Validate, troubleshoot, and optimize program templates, JSON payloads, and REST API integrations that support automated bordereau workflows.
- Perform data validation, exception analysis, and root cause investigations to resolve processing and data quality issues.
- Participate in QA and UAT activities, including test planning, defect tracking, issue resolution, and validation of system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, JSON configurations, process flows, business rules, and data mapping documents.
- Learn to use the AI-driven bordereau processing configuration, data extraction, and workflow automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

2. Enhancements

- Design, develop,



and implement enhancements to existing OWIT program templates, business rules, and automated workflows.
- Configure and enhance integrations utilizing REST APIs, SFTP, and other inbound and outbound data connectors.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation of current features and integration enhancements.
- Develop operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality metrics to improve visibility, analytics, and business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and Straight-Through Processing (STP) improvements across bordereau operations.

3. Production Support

- Provide ongoing production support for the OWIT Bordereau Automation platform and related business unit programs.
- Monitor automated processing activities, investigate production issues, and coordinate resolutions with business, vendor, and technical teams.
- Support user inquiries, data correction requests, and operational troubleshooting to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain system configurations, program templates, and integration components to support evolving business requirements.
- Participate in incident management, release validation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure platform stability and performance.
