Job Title: BMC cum HMC Setter

Location: Faridabad / Ballabgarh

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred

Industry: Manufacturing / Auto Components / Engineering

Key Responsibilities

BMC and HMC machines की setting, operation और production संभालना।

Job drawing के अनुसार tool selection, tool setting और offsets करना।

Machine में job loading, fixture setting और alignment करना।

CNC/HMC control panel पर program को check और run करना।

Tool offsets, work offsets और cutting parameters की setting/adjustment करना।

First-piece inspection करके dimensions verify करना।

Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge और अन्य measuring instruments से inspection करना।





Tool wear और machining defects को identify करके necessary correction करना।

Production target और required quality maintain करना।

Machine breakdown/tooling issues को supervisor/maintenance team को report करना।

Daily production, rejection और inspection records maintain करना।

5S, PPE and safety.

Required Skills

BMC/HMC machine setting का practical experience।

VMC/HMC programming और offset knowledge preferred।

Engineering drawings और GD&T; की basic understanding।

Cutting tools, fixtures और measuring instruments की knowledge।

Automobile/auto-component या precision engineering industry का experience preferred।
