Job Overview:
Mosaic Wellness is looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with hands-on experience in both domestic voice processes and live chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through domestic voice calls.
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
- Manage customer interactions through live chat.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Achieve defined customer service and productivity targets.
Process Mix:
- 80% Voice Process
- 20% Live Chat
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a domestic voice process.
- Live chat experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a 6-day working setting.
- Male candidates only.
- Candidates who can work from Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai are preferred.
