Experience: 5-10 years of Experience in Blending and Tank Farm Management

Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering

Production of various Product blends which meet specification shared by Commercial. Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to processes/procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow blend sheets, batch records and outlined procedures in production of product blends and lot combinations.
- Pulling of specified streams and lots to be used in production, ensuring accuracy is of utmost importance.
- Thoroughly document all actions, oils, lots, locations and weights of oil used in production.
- Utilize GMP practices to protect against contamination and ensure production efficiency.
- Work with other blending specialists and associated manufacturing personnel to complete blends.
- Report any discrepancies or inaccuracies to production manager or quality assurance as needed.
- Properly label and handle all blends and production oils.
- Perform other functions as outlined by the Production Manager

Required Skills :

- Detailed oriented with an eye for accuracy
- Refining and Formulation experience preferred.
- Experience and skills in effective communication with mangers and peers
