Role Overview

Are you the heart and soul of your college campus? High-energy, highly motivated, and passionate about beauty, self-care, and community building? We are looking for 6 dedicated student leaders across Tier-1 Mumbai institutions to join the Bloop Squad.

As a Bloop Squad Campus Ambassador, you will be the primary face and voice of Bloop on your campus and across Mumbai. You will lead strategic campus activations, execute interactive events, create engaging content, and drive brand adoption among your peers.

Key Responsibilities

- Campus & City Events: Organize, manage, and execute 2 Bloop-linked campus or city events per month.
- On-Ground Activations & Pop-Ups: Lead on-ground activation execution, including Bloop Bar mocktail stations, desk-side rituals, guerrilla marketing activations, and café pop-ups.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the official ambassador and voice of Bloop Skincare, ensuring strict alignment with our authentic brand narrative and visual integrity.
- Campus Engagement & Advocacy:



Build an active community of brand advocates, drive word-of-mouth awareness, and connect peers to Bloop products and digital campaigns.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Work closely with Bloop’s management team for logistics and execution support, while following strategic direction provided by Atelieraa.

What We Are Looking For

- Status: Currently enrolled as a student at a top/Tier-1 college in Mumbai.
- Personality: Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, bold, and socially active. If you're known as the "heart and soul" of your college, you are exactly who we are looking for!
- Skills: Excellent communication, networking, event organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Passions: Strong interest in skincare, beauty, lifestyle trends, content creation, and event management.

Perks & Compensation

- Daily Shift Compensation
- Sales Commission: 10% commission on trackable sales generated through your network/activations.
- Performance Award: Eligible to win the monthly 'Bloop of the Month' Award (includes a cash bonus and special brand recognition).

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
