Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for Bolt and Nut Forging Operators, Tool Room Technicians, Heat Treatment Supervisors, and Quality and Production professionals specifically from fasteners (nut and bolt manufacturing). Team members will operate and monitor forging and heat treatment equipment, set up and maintain tools and dies, and ensure fasteners are produced to required specifications and standards. The role includes overseeing production processes, coordinating with quality teams, conducting inspections, and documenting process parameters for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities also involve ensuring adherence to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),



reducing machine downtime through basic maintenance support, and collaborating with supervisors and peers to meet daily production targets. Depending on the specific position, the role may also include guiding operators, supporting technical training, and assisting in process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong manufacturing-related skills, including experience in fastener or nut and bolt production and familiarity with shop-floor processes.
- Ability to perform or support Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance activities on forging, heat treatment, and related machinery.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safe work procedures in industrial and heavy manufacturing environments.
- Experience in Training or mentoring operators and technicians on equipment operation, quality standards, and process discipline.
- Understanding of basic quality control practices, including inspection of fasteners, use of measuring instruments, and record-keeping.
- Relevant technical qualification such as ITI, Diploma, or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
- Ability to read technical drawings, process sheets, and specifications, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and meet production and safety targets consistently.
