Role Summary

We are looking for a BIM Manager & Coordinator to lead our BIM strategy and manage multidisciplinary model coordination across project stages. You will set BIM standards, run the Common Data Environment (CDE), coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models, and make sure digital deliverables are accurate, clash-free and compliant with the project's information requirements.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Management

- Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs).
- Define and enforce BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD/LOIN requirements and modelling protocols.
- Manage the CDE (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360), including folder structure, access permissions and workflows.
- Review Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) and confirm the team can meet them.
- Audit models for quality, data integrity and standards compliance.
- Lead BIM kick-off meetings and train project teams on tools and processes.
- BIM Coordination
- Federate discipline models (architecture, structure, MEP, civil, façade) and run regular clash detection.
- Track, assign and close coordination issues and clashes, and report progress.
- Chair weekly or fortnightly BIM coordination meetings.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors and consultants to resolve conflicts before construction.
- Support shop drawing coordination, quantity take-offs and 4D/5D workflows where required.
- Verify as-built models and handover data (COBie or equivalent).
- - Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Guide and mentor BIM modellers and technicians.




- Act as the main BIM contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
- Contribute to tenders and bids with BIM proposals and resourcing.
- Champion digital innovation, automation and process improvement.
- Qualifications & Experience

Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in a BIM coordination or management role.
- Proven delivery of BIM on large or complex projects.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 or equivalent BIM standards.
- Desirable
- BIM certification (e.g., ISO 19650 certified professional, Autodesk certification).
- Experience with scripted workflows (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python).
- Exposure to 4D/5D BIM, digital twins or facility management integration.
