We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM operations and manage Mechanical and Electrical BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading BIM teams, ensuring model quality, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, implementing BIM standards, and delivering projects within the required timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Mechanical and Electrical BIM projects.
- Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators, BIM Modelers and Engineers.
- Plan and monitor BIM project execution from project initiation to final delivery.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, templates and procedures.
- Review Revit MEP models, drawings, families and project documentation.
- Manage BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, Design Engineers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project specifications, LOD requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM requirements.
- Monitor project progress, team performance and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve technical modelling and coordination issues.




- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to the BIM team.
- Ensure proper coordination between Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Support preparation of shop drawings, coordination drawings and BIM deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows, productivity and quality.
- Participate in client meetings and technical discussions whenever required.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
- Strong experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical BIM modelling and coordination.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, BEP and BIM workflows.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and engineering drawings.
- Ability to review and troubleshoot complex BIM models.
