We are looking for a skilled Structural CAD Designer / Revit Modeler to join our Structures team in Bengaluru.

About the Role The role involves developing accurate structural drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinating with structural engineers and other disciplines, and supporting the delivery of high-quality project documentation.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Revit Structure based on design information and engineering requirements.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement/detailing drawings.
- Produce and update 2D structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret structural engineering drawings, sketches, specifications, and design information.
- Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP models.
- Perform model checks and support clash detection and BIM coordination.
- Incorporate design changes and ensure drawings/models are updated accurately.
- Follow project-specific BIM standards, modelling procedures,



naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare drawing sheets, schedules, details, and other project deliverables as required.
- Coordinate with Structural Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify modelling/drawing discrepancies and communicate them to the relevant team members.
- Support project teams in meeting quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI/ Relevant certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Revit Structure is must and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of structural drawings and detailing.
- Knowledge of RCC and/or steel structures.
- Understanding of structural BIM modelling workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret structural design drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project setting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
- Experience with reinforcement modelling/detailing.
- Familiarity with international project standards and BIM deliverables.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering/architecture teams.
- Experience 5 –12 years of relevant experience in Structural CAD Design, Structural BIM Modelling, Revit Structure, or Structural Detailing.
