Qualification

Graduate/ Postgraduate in architecture or Engineering.

Have a minimum of 3+years of industry experience in AEC with international project exposure.

Should have experience in leading a team.

- Coordinate with client(s) over calls and emails regarding project matters.
- Engage with clients to establish trust so that there is a continuous flow of work.
- Be involved in the day-to-day project activities of the team and work with them to ensure daily delivery needs.
- Ensure Error free and on time deliverables and outputs meet customer expectations. Prepare checklists and guidelines along to help manage and control quality.
- Support the team on technical requirements. Take a hands-on approach and dig into any areas of projects if the project team is not able to efficiently resolve issues.
- Work closely with the team when you come across new types of scopes/ projects. Coach, guide, and train team members
- Review RFQs in detail and work closely with teams and delivery head to submit proposals.
- Follow quality standards and comply with Neilsoft procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the team's compliance with procedures.

Other BIM requirements

- Responsible for managing the team's BIM needs.
- leads on BIM processes and workflows where required
- Work with the Delivery head to enhance the team capabilities
- Keep up to date with current BIM developments.
- Software skills- Revit/ AutoCAD/ ACC
- Experience of working all design projects
