Invicta-Tech is a digital design and construction advisory firm specialising in BIM and technology-driven delivery for complex projects across KSA and the GCC. We work with contractors, consultants and asset owners to turn models, drawings and point clouds into measurable, client-ready deliverables aligned with ISO 19650, project EIRs and BEPs.

Our work spans BIM production (LOD 200-500), model coordination and clash management, BIM automation and asset handover, across infrastructure & landscape, airports, hospitality, giga projects, industrial and logistics facilities. Our delivery team is based in Hyderabad, India.

About the role

We are hiring a BIM Architect to deliver architectural models and drawings on live KSA projects and take them through client approval. You will model in Revit yourself, work with the modelling team on deliverables, and check that every drawing and submission leaving the office meets the project's requirements.

This is a hands-on role. You join live projects in your first week. You need to read a project fast, model and detail precisely, and discuss design with the client with confidence.

What you will do

Architectural modelling and documentation

- Take architectural Revit models from concept through design development to construction (IFC) documentation, at the LOD the project needs.
- Build and maintain Revit families and templates to project and client standards.
- Produce drawing sets: plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules.
- Produce interior and fit-out models and drawings (finishes, ceilings, joinery, details) for hospitality and other building types.




- Prepare shop drawings and construction details for contractor submissions.

Client coordination and approvals

- Coordinate with the client and internal team on design discussions, reviews and approvals.
- Prepare design submissions and take them through client review to approval.
- Log and close client comments: respond, revise, resubmit, and keep revisions clean and traceable.

Deliverables and quality

- Plan and track architectural deliverables with the modelling and design team against the submission schedule.
- Check drawings and models before issue against project requirements, BIM standards and our quality bar.
- Raise risks and design issues early, each with a proposed fix.

Multidiscipline coordination

- Coordinate the architectural model with structure and MEP. Run and resolve clash checks in Navisworks.
- Keep models and drawings consistent across disciplines and revisions.

What we are looking for (must-have)

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). This is an architect's role, so the degree is required.
- 5-8 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years on projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
- Strong hands-on Revit: modelling, parametric family creation, templates, and drawing production from the model.




- You have worked directly with clients on design discussions and taken submissions through to approval.
- Solid grasp of construction documentation and detailing.
- Clear written and spoken English. Solid attention to detail.

Good to have

- Hospitality, airport or giga-project experience.
- Interior fit-out and shop drawing experience on contractor-side packages.
- Navisworks clash coordination, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM execution plans and LOD 300/400/500.
- Working knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC 201, and SBC 801 for fire) and of the drawings behind Civil Defense and Balady permit submissions.
- Experience with a common data environment: Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 or Aconex.
- Dynamo or other computational design tools.
