- Manage end-to-end billing and commercial activities for MEP maintenance works including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, STP, WTP, DG, and allied systems.
- Prepare, verify, and certify RA Bills, Final Bills, and contractor bills as per work orders, BOQs, and contractual terms.
- Review executed quantities, service reports, maintenance records, and ensure accurate billing of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Facility, Maintenance, Projects, and Finance teams for bill verification, certification, and payment processing.
- Monitor AMC billing, service contracts, work orders, and rate agreements related to MEP maintenance works.
- Handle variations, extra items, deviation statements, and supporting documentation for commercial approvals.
- Prepare and review material reconciliation statements, consumption records, and maintenance cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual conditions,



company policies, and documentation requirements.
- Track maintenance budgets, cost trends, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and commercial efficiency.
- Maintain records of contracts, work orders, bills, payment status, and commercial correspondence.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for timely closure of commercial matters.
- Making Comparitive Statement for Engaging contracts, Work order preparations. Prepare monthly MIS reports, billing status reports, reconciliation statements, and management dashboards
- Support internal and external audits by providing required billing, contract, and maintenance-related documentation.
