- Prepare monthly RA bills of the client as per the BOQ, work order and approved drawings, and submit them within the agreed billing cycle.

- Take measurements at site, record them in the Measurement Book, and get them jointly checked and certified by the client / consultant.

- Carry out quantity take-off from drawings, reconcile executed quantities against the BOQ, and highlight extra items, deviations and variations in time.

- Follow up the submitted bills till certification and release of payment, and maintain the bill tracker showing work order value, billed to date, certified, balance value and monthly projection.

- Prepare sub-contractor and labour contractor bills along with running account statements, advances, retention and recovery.

- Maintain material reconciliation of cement, steel, aggregate and diesel between quantity issued and quantity consumed.

- Prepare rate analysis for extra and non-tender items and assist the Management during rate negotiation with the client.

- Coordinate with the site, planning, store and accounts departments and provide the billing data required for GST, TDS and monthly MIS.

- Maintain complete records of measurement sheets,



certified bills, abstracts and supporting documents for internal and statutory audit.

- Attend client meetings and joint measurements independently and resolve billing queries raised by the client.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in billing of civil or infrastructure projects roads, ports, industrial or plant works.

- Hands-on experience in client RA billing and sub-contractor billing on a running project site.

- Robust working knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurement as per IS 1200, and reading of structural and GA drawings.

- Advanced MS Excel; working knowledge of AutoCAD. Exposure to Tally Prime and MS Project / Primavera will be an added advantage.

- Experience of billing with reputed clients such as Adani, port authorities or PSUs will be preferred.

- Willing to be posted at the project site at Dhamra, Dist. Bhadrak, Odisha.

- Fluency in Odia and Hindi, with working knowledge of English for client correspondence.
