Job Overview

Eternal Healthcare Inc. is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and versatile Billing & Dispatch Executive to manage billing, order processing, dispatch, and related documentation at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.

- Handle daily billing and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate dispatches with warehouse, production, transporters, and customers.

- Verify product, quantity, batch, and packaging details before dispatch.

- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.

- Maintain dispatch and billing records.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Warehouse, and Management.

- Handle multiple operational responsibilities as required.

Requirements





- Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in billing, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing.

- Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Billing software/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Should be dedicated, hardworking, organized, and versatile.

- Experience in FMCG, food, nutraceutical, or manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
