We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer responsible for handling end-to-end project billing activities, including Work Order and BOQ review, measurement verification, RA Bills, Final Bills, Variation and Additional Work Bills, Labour Bills, Rate Analysis, Material Reconciliation, client certification, billing documentation and payment follow-up.

The candidate should have valuable knowledge of BOQ, drawings, site measurements, billing procedures, Excel, project documentation and commercial terms, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Site, Project, Purchase, Stores, Accounts and Client teams.

END-TO-END BILLING RESPONSIBILITY The Billing Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end project billing, including:

Work Order & BOQ Review → Measurement Verification → RA Bills → Advance Bills → Supply & Installation Bills → Final Bills → Variation & Additional Work → Rate Analysis → Labour Bills → Material Reconciliation → Client Certification → Billing Documentation → MIS Reporting → Payment Follow-up

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Strong knowledge of Project Billing and Quantity Measurement.




- Good understanding of BOQ, Work Orders, Drawings and Specifications.
- Good knowledge of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Knowledge of Variation, Extra Items, Additional Work and Rate Analysis.
- Knowledge of Material Reconciliation and Quantity Reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing-related spreadsheets.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to identify quantity discrepancies and billing errors.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of construction/electrical/project billing procedures will be preferred.

QUALIFICATION
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- Relevant experience in project billing and commercial activities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,423,994.28 per month
