We’re Hiring | Billing & Planning Engineer

Dishara BuildTech Private Limited is looking for a Billing & Planning Engineer to join our growing Projects team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills and subcontractor bills
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and measurement sheets
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers and Accounts for billing and certification
- Track project progress against planned schedules
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports
- Monitor project timelines, quantities and work completion
- Assist in preparing project schedules and updating progress
- Verify measurements at site and maintain proper billing documentation
- Identify billing variations, deviations and pending measurements
- Support project teams with MIS and planning reports

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering




- Experience in construction billing and project planning preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and RA Billing
- Understanding of construction project schedules and progress tracking
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work with site and project teams
