Job Responsibilities

Tendering & Bidding

- Identify and evaluate relevant government, PSU, and private-sector tenders, bids, BOQs, and opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit Technical and Commercial Bids through GeM and other e-tendering portals.
- Handle pre-bid queries, tender clarifications, corrigenda, and amendments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collecting technical and commercial information required for bids.

Costing & Pricing

- Prepare detailed cost sheets, BOQs, price bids, and estimates.
- Analyze project costs, margins, GST, logistics, transportation, and other applicable expenses.
- Assist in finalizing competitive pricing in coordination with management.
- Prepare and maintain tender-wise costing and pricing records.

Tender Documentation

- Handle EMD, PBG, OEM authorizations, experience certificates, and other tender-related documents.




- Ensure timely submission of all required documents as per tender requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, tender status, corrigenda, and results.
- Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.

Required Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Estimation, preferably in Infrastructure, EPC, Engineering, or Construction companies.
- Hands-on experience with Government and PSU tenders.
- Experience in GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, pricing, GST, EMD, PBG, and OEM documentation.
- Ability to understand tender documents and technical/commercial requirements.
- Positive coordination, documentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
