1. Own and manage the complete bid lifecycle for Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects, from opportunity identification and qualification through tender submission, commercial evaluation, contract award, and order conversion.

2. Act as the central coordinator between customers and internal functions including Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Management to develop competitive and profitable bids.

3. Identify and evaluate Transmission & Substation EPC opportunities in line with the company's technical and commercial capabilities.

Lead end-to-end bid management including tender review, estimation, costing, risk assessment, and proposal submission.

4. Coordinate with Procurement for vendor pricing, Operations/Engineering for execution inputs, and Finance for commercial approvals and bid profitability.

5. Manage client clarifications, technical discussions, commercial negotiations,



and post-bid activities through award stage.

6. Drive bid strategy to maximize win rates while ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and financial requirements.

7. Maintain a healthy order pipeline and contribute to business growth through successful contract acquisition.

Required Skills

- 5 to 15 years'

experience in Transmission Line and Substation EPC tendering.

- Robust exposure to 132kV, 220kV, 400kV and above Transmission Line projects.

- Experience in AIS/GIS Substations.

- Proven expertise in techno-commercial bidding, estimation, EPC contracts, risk assessment, and tender evaluations.

- Experience dealing with utilities, transmission companies, consultants, and EPC customers.
