We are looking for an experienced Vertical Head BFSI to lead and grow our BFSI recruitment vertical. The role will be responsible for business development, client management, recruitment delivery, team leadership, and achieving revenue targets across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the BFSI recruitment vertical with complete P&L;/business ownership.

- Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with BFSI clients.

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, existing account expansion and repeat business.

- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Lead, mentor and manage the BFSI recruitment team to achieve hiring and revenue targets.

- Handle senior and niche mandates across Banking, NBFC, Insurance, FinTech, Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Financial Services.

- Develop recruitment strategies and ensure timely closure of critical positions.

- Monitor team productivity, TAT, closures, revenue and other key performance metrics.





- Build strong talent networks and market intelligence within the BFSI sector.

- Work closely with clients to understand workforce requirements and provide customized hiring solutions.

- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, presentations and commercial discussions.

- Identify market trends and develop strategies to strengthen the BFSI business vertical.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition and account management.

- Robust understanding of BFSI hiring across multiple functions and levels.

- Experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.

- Strong track record of achieving revenue and business targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong client network within the BFSI industry will be an added advantage.

- Candidates from Recruitment Consultancies, Executive Search or Staffing firms preferred.
