Role Description This is an on-site role based in Thane, Maharashtra for a BFSI Trainer & Placement Officer, Student Mobiliser & Counsellor. The role involves delivering training programs in banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), including classroom instruction, practical sessions, and competency-based assessments. The trainer supports students with career guidance, soft skills development, interview preparation, and placement coordination with industry partners.

As a student mobiliser, the role includes outreach to potential learners, conducting orientation sessions, engaging with local institutions, and promoting programs to increase enrollments. The counsellor provides academic and career counselling, tracks learner progress, maintains records, and collaborates with internal teams and employers to ensure successful outcomes for participants.

Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) concepts, products, and industry practices, with the ability to translate them into practical, learner-friendly training.
- Experience in training delivery, classroom facilitation, and skills development, ideally in financial literacy, sales, customer service, or related professional domains.
- Competence in student counselling and career guidance, including mentoring, interview coaching, and helping learners navigate education-to-employment pathways.
- Ability to mobilize and engage students through outreach activities, presentations, community networking, and relationship building with colleges, institutes, and local organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with solid documentation and reporting abilities.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore, managing multiple batches, schedules, and stakeholders in a structured, learner-centric environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, online meeting tools) for training content, reporting, and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, management, education, or a related field; professional certifications in BFSI, training, or counseling are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate training, BFSI operations, academic institutions, or skill development projects (government or private) is preferred.
