We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team.

Responsibilities:

Market and place IT consultants on bench with prime vendors, implementation partners and direct clients.

Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and clients.

Generate requirements and match suitable consultants with open positions.

Handle profile submissions, follow-ups, interviews, rate negotiations and closures.

Work with H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT and TN consultants.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and continuously expand the vendor network.

Track daily submissions, interviews, feedback and placements.

Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to ensure quick turnaround.





Required Skills:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales.

Strong vendor network in the US Staffing market.

Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Good understanding of US Staffing processes and tax terms.

Experience with LinkedIn, Dice and other recruitment platforms.

Proven record of generating interviews and placements.
