Role Description The Beauty Advisor role at Kimirica is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Beauty

Advisor will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on Kimirica’s skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness products. This role involves demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and ensuring an elevated in-store experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

Advisor will handle retail sales activities, including assisting with purchases, managing displays,



maintaining product presentation, and keeping the store clean and inviting. Day-to-day responsibilities also include building long-term customer relationships, meeting sales targets, staying updated on new launches, and sharing product and self-care knowledge in a transparent, supportive manner.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales experience.
- Foundational beauty and wellness expertise, such as Cosmetology and Skin Care knowledge.
- Solid Product Knowledge of skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness items.
- Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide tailored self-care recommendations.
- Comfort working in a luxury retail environment and meeting individual and store-level sales goals.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising, product presentation, and store hygiene.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is highly preferred; a relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or aesthetics is a plus.
