Role Description The Beauty Advisor will provide personalized product recommendations and self-care guidance to customers, ensuring a high-quality, luxury retail experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and advising on skincare, bath and body, and wellness products aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating products, explaining ingredients and benefits, managing product displays, and assisting with inventory and stock replenishment.

Advisor will support retail sales targets, handle billing and cash transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. The role also includes educating customers on vegan and cruelty-free formulations and building lasting customer relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications

- Cosmetology and Skin Care expertise, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Strong Product Knowledge of skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness items, preferably within vegan and cruelty-free categories.
- Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, clear communication, and the ability to create a positive in-store experience.
- Retail Sales skills, with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual or store sales targets.
- Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in New Delhi, including weekends and flexible shifts as required.
- Skilled appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with store teams.
- Basic computer skills for billing, inventory systems, and reporting; proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage.
