HIC Global Solutions hiring: Business Development Representative

Location: Sector 68, Noida

Experience: 2–5 Years | Onsite

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do

- Generate new business opportunities in the Domestic Staffing &

Recruitment space

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn & email
- Build robust client relationships and understand hiring requirements
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales/BDR/Business Development

✔️ Experience in Staffing/Recruitment sales preferred

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Target-oriented and proactive approach

✔️ Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM & lead-generation tools is a plus
