Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Noida. The BDM will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and support buyers and sellers through the property transaction lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and property presentations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, preparing reports, and meeting revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or client relationship management within real estate or a related industry.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Proven aptitude in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Solid understanding of local real estate markets, pricing, and property trends, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to track leads, manage data, and prepare reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
