- Sell AMY an AI-powered HR Tech SaaS platform to SMEs and mid-sized companies.
- Generate leads, make presentations/demos and close sales independently.
- Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs and Business Owners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Drive sales across Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities and achieve revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in HRMS / HR Tech / SaaS sales.
- Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics or similar HR solutions.
- Experience selling to SMEs and mid-sized companies (2005,000 employees).
- Strong lead generation, communication, presentation and closing skills.
- Able to work independently and comfortable in a startup setting.
Ideal Candidate
- Someone who has already sold HRMS, HR Tech or SaaS products to SMEs/mid-sized companies, has a strong customer network, and can generate and close business independently.
