Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating leads, identifying recent business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping the company achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales knowledge, and an understanding of IT services.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through online platforms, networking, and cold callingIdentify potential clients and business opportunitiesCommunicate with clients to understand their requirementsPitch IT services and solutions to prospective clientsPrepare proposals, quotations,



and presentationsCoordinate with technical teams for project discussionsMaintain long-term relationships with clientsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsFollow up with leads and maintain CRM recordsStay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBasic understanding of IT services and software solutionsKnowledge of lead generation and sales strategiesFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or CRM tools is a plusStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team.

Preferred SkillsExperience in IT sales or business developmentKnowledge of digital marketing and web technologiesClient handling and relationship management skills.

Experience1–3 years of experience in business development or IT salesKarnal, HaryanaWorking Mode Office.
