About the Role

Logical Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated IT Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our business development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, finding potential clients, and converting leads into software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through online and offline channels
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Appollo, Scraping, Using AI tools, email marketing, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and project estimates
- Communicate with international and domestic clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful projects
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Research competitors, industries, and potential target markets
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business-development targets

Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Good English communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of AI, Web, Mobile App, Software, or IT services
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or other B2B platforms is an advantage

Job Details Salary: ₹6,500 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives, based on skills and experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
