Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar standards, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring that the bar area is clean, organised, and properly stocked.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, juices, soft drinks, and other beverages as required.
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional, and prompt service.
- Understand guest preferences and provide suitable beverage recommendations when required.
- Maintain proper portion control and follow approved recipes and serving measures.
- Ensure all beverages are served at the correct temperature and presented appropriately.
- Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies.
- Inform the supervisor of shortages, damaged items, or stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, utensils, glassware, and storage areas.
- Handle bar equipment safely and ensure it is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Follow all company procedures relating to beverage handling, stock control, billing, and wastage.
- Ensure that guests are served responsibly and follow applicable company policies regarding alcohol service.
- Maintain accurate records of beverage consumption, wastage, and stock movement as required.
- Coordinate with the F&B; Service and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.




- Follow all grooming, hygiene, safety, and service standards of the organisation.
- Ensure the bar is properly set up before the shift and cleaned and closed according to closing procedures.
- Comply with company rules, casino policies, and departmental SOPs at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Manager or Bar Supervisor.

Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Knowledge of standard bartending techniques and bar equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-oriented and service-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and workplace safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12th standard / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, resort, club, or casino is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant bartending knowledge or certification may also be considered.
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation will be an advantage.
