About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Bartender / Mixologist to craft signature cocktails, deliver exceptional bar service, and create an engaging atmosphere for guests at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature mixology recipes, spirits, draft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Design seasonal beverage menus, curate mocktail options, and experiment with flavor profiles and garnishes.
- Maintain complete bar cleanliness, stock ice and garnishes, and adhere strictly to sanitation and food safety rules.
- Track beverage inventory, log spillage/breakage, and report restock requirements to the bar manager.
- Engage warmly with patrons,



take custom orders, recommend drink pairings, and maintain cash register/POS transactions accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Skilled certification or Diploma in Bartending / Mixology or Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a bartender/mixologist in a lounge, fine dining restaurant, or high-volume bar.
- Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail recipes, pouring techniques, and glassware.
- Strong customer service etiquette, speed of service, and dynamic personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
