Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

The National Sports Club of India (NSCI) is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to manage bar operations and provide quality beverage service to members and guests. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of beverages, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper handling of bar equipment.
- Take beverage orders and provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests.
- Maintain proper stock of beverages, mixers, garnishes and bar supplies.
- Check and maintain bar inventory and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall appearance of the bar area.
- Operate the billing/POS system and maintain accurate records.
- Follow Club policies, service standards and applicable liquor regulations.
- Handle member/guest queries and coordinate with the service team.
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages as per applicable rules.

Required Skills:





- Relevant experience as a Bartender in a Club, Hotel, Restaurant or similar establishment.
- Well-groomed, presentable and courteous.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails and other beverages.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
