Yo Grub Café is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering quick service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items as per standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment
- Handle customer orders efficiently and provide quick service
- Upsell combos and add-ons to customers
- Manage stock levels and inform for replenishment
- Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday
