We are looking for a Junior Barista to join our café team in Sarjapur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on barista experience, good knowledge of beverages, and the ability to create quality coffee with a strong focus on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café products as per quality standards.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
- Ability to create basic latte art is required.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Handle customers professionally and provide a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,
and organization of the bar area.
- Handle customer situations calmly and effectively.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth café operations.
- Follow food safety and café operating standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar café role.
- Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
- Hands-on experience with latte art.
