We're looking for a skilled and charismatic Bar Supervisor / Sr. Bartender to join our Restobar in Trivandrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, crafting creative cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities

1. Bar Operations:

- Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and productive manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

1. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and make recommendations on drinks and menu items.
- Handle guest complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

1. Cocktail Creation:

- Develop and prepare creative cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menus and promotions.

1. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.




- Place orders and restock supplies as needed.

1. Team Collaboration:

- Work effectively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support colleagues during peak periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume restobar.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, mixology techniques, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus.
